Ronicmo Tech Offers an Out-Of-Warranty Service for The Following Brands. It will run a standard repair procedure to fix software & hardware-related issues on your monitor or component. Machines are typically fixed within 3-5 business days, and you will be notified if it will take longer. The steps below describe what you need to do to use this service.

When booking a unit, please ensure that all the relevant cables (power supply, charging cable, etc.) for that unit are included and booked in with the unit.
About Us
We have over 10 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electronics equipment.
Ronicmo Tech is a service we provide to anyone with faulty, damaged, or otherwise non-working IT equipment. Whether it is a laptop, desktop, printer, tablet, projector, server, or mobile device – we will have a look at the faulty unit, assess the damage to see what is wrong, and provide a quotation on what is required for your beloved piece of IT equipment to be fully operational once more – we do this all FOR FREE. The Assessment period takes 2-3 working days once the faulty unit is booked in.
What Do You Require to Book Your Faulty Unit In:
RMA Procedures
When your equipment is faulty. We kindly ask you to complete the online RMA request or to fill in a manual RMA form including a description of the issue as well as contact information and as many details as possible and email it to Ronicmo Tech – email: rma.service@ronicmotech.co.za
– Once the unit is received a ticket is raised on our internal system and you will be notified of the ticket number for ease of reference
– The date and time of receipt of the equipment is noted on the RMA form.
– Please insert clearly what the fault is of the unit.
– The RMA team is always available to take your calls.
– Walk-In Customer – You can bring your faulty unit into our branch directly.
The repair center will check the received goods for damages. This will be done immediately after receipt. Our team of expert technicians will diagnose your equipment to identify the issue. Once the equipment has been repaired, the unit will be sent back to the confirmed return address (see RMA form) on condition that the unit has been sent to the repair center in the original packaging. If not in the original packaging, we will ask you to have the unit collected at our repair center.
– Goods will be scrapped after 6 months if not collected or a quotation has not been approved.
– Where “No Failure” is found, an invoice (Ex VAT) of R385.00 will be issued.
– All quotes rejected, will be charged a fee of R675.00 (Ex VAT).
- Pick Up Your Item
After the equipment issues are resolved to the best of our abilities, you will receive a call or email. You may pick your item up at any time we are open. In the event of hardware failure, we do our best to diagnose it.
